Postcard Tea Roasted Yimu Oolong

$0

This rolled, roasted oolong hails from Ming Jian, a renowned tea town in Nantou County, Taiwan. Grown on just one acre of land by Mr. Hsieh, the tea takes its name from the Mandarin Yi Mu, meaning “one acre.” Processed in the same tradition as the original Yimu Oolong, this version undergoes an extended charcoal roast, bringing out a deeper, more caramelised character. Its layered aroma hints at candied nuts and stewed fruit, while the cup delivers a sweet, toasty flavour with a satisfying finish. A warming choice for the evening, especially with or after food.
